At Matrix, we build/supply products to order. We also
operate a strict quality policy which guarantees you NEW
products that have not been shelved/stored for a long
period of time. We source our products directly from manufacturers
& Europes leading distributors. Every hardware product
we build/supply is comprehensively tested by ourselves
before supply.
We can provide quotations for ANY computing product/service
& do so on a day-day basis as price changes occur regularly.
This guarantees you the best possible pricing in a highly
competitive market. We have listed below some of our standard
service charges, please do not hesitate to contact us

Telephone & online support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week £60.00/Annum.

Standard on-site call out Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm £35.00/hour.
Standard on-site call out Mon to Fri 7am to 9am & 6pm to 10pm £45.00/hour.
Standard on-site call out Mon to Fri 10pm to 7am £55.00/hour.
Weekend call-outs 9am to 6pm £35.00/hour.
Weekend call-outs 7am to 9am £45.00/hour.
Weekend call-outs 6pm to 10pm £55.00/hour.
Weekend call-outs 10pm to 7am £60.00/hour.

WEBSITE design, hosting, domain names, maintenance etc.

Consultancy service £45.00/hour for initial hour, then
priced accordingly thereafter.
Project management £45.00/hour (upto 5 hours), then priced

Photography services £25.00/hour (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm)
£35.00/hour other times.
Graphic design & marketing assistance £10.00/hour (Mon to Friday 9am to 5pm).
Remote dial-in support (please ask for further details)
£7.50/month for service provision.
Remote data backup (performed on your behalf for peace
of mind) £2.50/backup. No backup drive? No problem, why
not use one of our backup solutions, saving you money.
We will backup your data either on-site or remotely, then
present you with the media. Also just £2.50 for use of
equipment & includes media.
Weekly security & anti-virus updates. Peace of mind &
up to date protection. See on-site rates above.
We can also provide CONTRACTUAL MAINTENANCE, please contact
us to discuss your needs & for a quotation.
Telephone & online support is FREE OF CHARGE Monday to
Friday 9am to 6pm. Please contact us if you require further
support (evenings & weekends for example).
